The Caernarfon Suite is the Resort’s largest function space and can comfortably accommodate 1200 guests theatre style, 900 for banquets or 1500 for cocktail receptions. The Resort’s dedicated Exhibition Hall also offers an additional 1200 sqm of flexible floor space.
Exhibition Hall
The impressive Exhibition Hall offers in excess of 1200 square metres of floor space. This unique facility gives organisers additional accessible, flexible and versatile options in planning their events. Designed as dedicated exhibition space and not an additional meeting room, its features include concrete block work flooring, vehicular access, telecom and data supply, wireless networks and comfort panel radiant heating as well as a public-address facility with a distributed loudspeaker system for announcements and background music. Ideal for product launches, trade shows, receptions and of course, exhibitions.
The Caernarfon Suite
This is the largest function room at the Resort and can accommodate 1200 delegates theatre style or 900 for banquets. There are two adjoining pre-function areas for delegate registration or receptions. The suite can be divided into halves, thirds or further combinations. Features include a hi-tech PA system, audio visual and lighting scene control with touch screen roving controls, theatre style lighting, vehicular access, ceiling hoists, retractable chandeliers, table pin spots, telecommunications, power, data/ISDN and trunking.
The Lodge
The Lodge was designed with major tournaments in mind and is one of the largest and most luxurious golf clubhouses in Europe. It offers five conference and banqueting rooms (details below).
Chairman’s marquee and the Via Julia Suite
This beautifully appointed venue has one of the most spectacular views at the
Resort, overlooking the 18th green with the hotel in the distance. It has a private
bar and reception area leading into a spacious and stylish marquee.
The Augusta Suite
A comprehensive suite, with its own bar and reception lounge. The suite can also be partitioned for smaller events.
The Robert Trent Jones Suite
Suitable for small meetings, drinks receptions and private dining.
The Albert Matthews Suite
This beautiful suite enjoys the same views as The Via Julia Suite and is suitable for small meetings and private dining.
The ISCA Suite
Situated on the ground floor of The Lodge, this intimate suite makes an atmospheric venue for small events or private dining.
The Samuel Ryder Suite
Situated in The Twenty Ten Clubhouse, you are treated to a spectacular panorama of the course and an enviable view of the final hole from a spacious covered balcony which wraps around the building.

CATERING
Equally skilled at catering for small meetings of two people to conventions of 1500, the Resort regularly sets new standards for large scale catering as demonstrated by high profile events such as The Celtic Manor Wales Open Gala Dinner attended by Europe’s leading golfers and numerous celebrities and corporate guests.
The Resort offers a choice of five extraordinary culinary experiences. Within the Resort Hotel there is The Olive Tree and its spectacular buffet, Le Patio in the style of an authentic French bistro and the Resort’s flagship venue The Crown – a fine dining experience that will satisfy the most demanding of gourmets. And for a change of scenery, you can choose the gastronomic delights of both The Lodge Brasserie and award-winning Rafters, the sunning restaurant at The Twenty Ten Clubhouse.
ACCOMMODATION
The Resort features two hotels each with their own unique style and atmosphere. The five star Resort Hotel offers 330 luxury rooms including 32 suite bedrooms and 2 Presidential Suites. The historic four star Manor House features 70 rooms with traditional country house charm.
There are a variety of room types with many offering spectacular views over the golf courses and the Severn Estuary. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and all Resort rooms have Italian marble en-suites furnished with luxurious Elemis toiletries.
